A Farewell from Anna and Andy
After ten extraordinary years, the time has come for us to step away from the Bannockburn Hotel. Our final service will be on Saturday 23rd May, and we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has walked through our doors over the past decade.
From those who made us your regular table, to the visitors who found us tucked into the heart of Central Otago and stayed far longer than they planned — you are the reason this place became what it did.
Running a restaurant is an act of relentless optimism, and we have been fortunate beyond measure to practise that optimism in one of the most beautiful corners of the world, surrounded by exceptional wine, exceptional produce, and exceptional people.
We are proud of what we built here, and deeply grateful to the staff — past and present — who gave so much of themselves to make it real.
If you'd like to join us for one last meal before we close the chapter, bookings for May are open and we would love to see you. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making the Bannockburn Hotel something worth remembering.
